Criteria are held privately and used only to match opportunities.
Why register
When we take on a sell-side or capital mandate, the first conversations go to buyers whose criteria we already understand. A clear, current brief means we can put the right opportunity in front of you early, and leave out the ones that would waste your team’s time.
How matching works
A simple process designed to respect your time and the seller’s confidentiality.

What we ask for
The clearer the brief, the better the fit. You can keep anything sensitive for the follow-up call.
| Criteria | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Sectors and business models | Lets us filter by what you actually own and operate well. |
| Revenue or EBITDA range | Keeps introductions inside the size you can act on. |
| Geographies | Focuses opportunities on markets you are ready to enter. |
| Structure and stake | Majority, minority, growth or full buyout, so sellers hear from the right buyer. |
| Deal-breakers | Saves time on both sides by ruling out poor fits early. |
Acquiry introduces opportunities and runs the process. Valuation, legal and tax advice stays with your own team and advisers.

Confidential by default
Your criteria are used only to match opportunities. We never share your brief with sellers, other buyers or third parties without your permission.
Every Acquiry mandate runs under strict NDA.
How it is paid for
There is no fee to register criteria or to receive anonymised opportunities.
On businesses we represent for a seller, our fee is agreed with the seller. Any buyer-side terms are agreed in writing before you engage.
If you would like a dedicated off-market search, we scope it with you first and agree fees in writing before outreach begins.
Questions
No. It is a secure intake form. Your criteria go straight to the Acquiry team and are held privately. We update your profile whenever you tell us your mandate has changed.
Not without your permission. Opportunities reach you anonymised first, and your identity is shared with a seller only when you choose to engage.
Only when something genuinely fits. We would rather send one strong opportunity than ten weak ones.
Yes. Reply to any message from us or submit the form again, and we will update your profile.
We focus on digital, software, AI, fintech and technology-enabled businesses, but we are not limited to listed sectors or markets. Register your brief anyway.
