Questions
How often will I hear from you?
Only when a deal is ready to go out. Some weeks that is several, some weeks none. There is no newsletter and no marketing in between.
Do I need to be a certain type of buyer?
No. Strategic acquirers, private equity, family offices, search funds and individual buyers all receive the same teasers. Fit is decided deal by deal.
Can I change what I receive?
Yes. Reply to any teaser with the sectors, sizes or regions you want and we update it. Every email also has a one-click unsubscribe.
What happens when I reply?
The advisor running the deal sends a short NDA. Once it is signed you receive the information memorandum and can ask questions directly.
